You earn points on every purchase based on your tier (pre-tax purchase dollars). Everyone starts at Inspire — 1 point for every dollar you spend. As you spend more over the year, you move up tiers and earn at a higher rate.
Your points are good as long as you shop with us at least once every 180 days. Any purchase keeps your balance active.
Once you hit 250 points, you can redeem for $5 off. The rewards go up from there — 500 points gets you $10 off, 1,000 points gets $20 off, and 2,000 points gets $40 off. Just open your wallet at checkout, and we can apply it.
Tiers are based on how much you spend over a rolling 12-month window. Inspire is $0–$499, Delight is $500– $999, Dream is $1,000–$2,499, and Reverie is $2,500 and up. You upgrade tiers automatically as soon as you cross a threshold
If your 12-month spend drops below your current tier threshold, you’ll have a 30-day grace period before your status adjusts. You’ll get a heads-up via email so you have a chance to maintain it.

Yes, your loyalty account is across all three locations. Spend at Lowell, Gloucester, and Beverly all counts toward the same points balance and tier status.
The program is designed around dollar-off rewards — points redeem for discounts on your purchase. Free product rewards may be available depending on how things are set up at launch. Your Muse can confirm what’s available that day.
